11. Sharing of Personal Information

We only share your information with:

    Information is only shared when necessary for the execution of their service contract.

    In all cases, we implement written contracts ensuring that the shared information remains confidential, is used solely for the performance of their service contract and is deleted when no longer required.

  • Legal authorities: courts, regulatory bodies if required.
  • Affiliated companies: only within the scope of this Policy.

12. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

We retain information for as long as necessary to achieve the objectives of this Policy and to meet our legal obligations. When no longer required, the information is securely destroyed.
